“I have absolutely loved doing the online sessions.  After finding the confidence to start any exercise classes after a few years of sorting my life out, I signed up with Tina, having attended her classes in the past (and loved them).  Lockdown happened and we entered into a 28 Day Challenge which was the best thing I have ever done.  3 live online sessions a week gave me back some confidence, after all no one could see me leaping around my living room (apart from Tina checking up on me that I was doing right and not potentially injuring myself). 

If I couldn’t make the live class, I could catch up with the recorded class at a time that fit in around work, kids etc.  The price for a whole month’s worth of classes is affordable, unlike some gyms that charge the earth and you don’t get the great instruction that you get from Tina.  She is great at explaining/breaking down the exercises into stages of difficulty so you can still push yourself to do a little bit more as you get fitter and more active.

The best bit is I’ve proved to myself that I could do it! And I’ve been doing it ever since.
